The brief was to take an old bathroom and in respect of design and functionality, bring it into modern times on a budget. To achieve this All Pro Maintenance procured carefully selected materials from Covers bathroom department where there was a great selection for our client to physically see and choose suites from.

We installed an Aqualisa Electric shower which runs off the mains water supply. The shower unit looks really stylish and is ergonomically pleasing. It provides instant hot water when turned on. The really good news is purchase has proved to be really economical on running costs for our client as it only heats the exact amount of water which is required for the shower. Without wasting water and energy also makes it an environmentally friendly option. Aqualisa appliances carry the European Water Label and are rated Energy Efficiency ‘A’.

The bathroom was nicely finished off with a granite work top which was affordable. it came out of an offset supplied by County Stone in West Sussex.

One of our priorities during the design was to ensure that all plumbing was accessible for general maintenance and repair and we achieved this by carefully integrating various access portals within the installation.
